About Mary Fran

Hi, I’m Mary Fran Werner, and working with seniors has always been close to my heart.

Throughout my life, I’ve had the privilege of deeply meaningful relationships with older adults. I was one of the caregivers for my grandparents and my mom, and those experiences shaped who I am today. They taught me the value of slowing down, listening closely, and honoring the stories and wisdom that come with age.

Supporting seniors isn’t just something I do, it’s something I love. I believe every older adult deserves to feel connected, purposeful, and deeply cared for. In a world that often sidelines seniors, I bring structure, joy, and presence to their days in ways that feel personal and dignified.

I’m a trained caregiver, a hand massage therapist, and a longtime volunteer. I bring a unique blend of skill, empathy, and joyful companionship to every person I work with.

Because our elders still have so much to give, and they deserve someone who sees that.
